Head-Up Display (HUD) on ZDX Type-S Not working Properly

Has anyone with the Type-S noticed the HUD would turn on and off randomly (even with the Settings in the On position)? Sometimes it would even fades in and out at night. Just curious if anyone else is having similar issues and have simple fixes for it or requires a trip to the dealership service.

Have you tried adjusting the brightness manually? Or maybe try resetting the infotainment, maybe it's just a glitch.

Yes as well as turning it on or off but it made no difference...how do I reset the infotainment?

My Type-S HUD fades in and out. It never completely goes dark. But it randomly goes dimmer and brighter.

Just hold down the power button (or the volume knob) for about 10-15 seconds, and it should reboot

I tried to hold the power/volume knob a few times for 15, 20, and 30 seconds but it didn't reboot...is there another way?
