Has anyone figured out how to lessen the impact of bumps like speed bumps and such. This car has to be the roughest ride which seems kind of weird. Maybe I can soften the ride somehow.

What car are we talking about? The model would help more. How is the tire pressure? Used car? New car? What mileage? I can't help you more than 'check your tire pressure' or 'check your suspension components'. I don't remember seeing someone complaining about Acura's suspensions.

It is a acura ZDX S 2024. The tire pressure is what is listed on the door. 42 in the rear 38 in the front. I did think about lowering the pressure, but I would probably kill my economy.

That is suprising! Acura usually tunes their suspensions for comfort. Have you checked your tire pressures? Overinflated tires are the most common culprit for a harsh ride. Make sure they're at the recommended pressure in your owner's manual or on the driver's side door jamb. If that's good, maybe check if the car has any adjustable suspension settings (some luxury cars do) and see if there's a "comfort" mode. If all else fails, tale it to a trusted mechanic. There could be something worn or damaged in the suspension.
