It seems like there's a problem with the Ultium platforms. A bunch of Lyriq owners are complaining about the same thing. They think the charger and the car don't fit together right. I'm having the same problem. Sometimes it starts charging, but then it slows down and stops. The charger part is a bit loose, so it might not be connecting properly. I tried pushing the charger in harder, and hopefully that'll fix it for now.

If anyone else is having this problem, let us know. This will help us figure out if it's a big problem and might lead to a recall or something.

If shoving the charger in harder does the trick for a little while, it’s probably a sign that something’s off with the fit. Might wanna check that out!

bummer. It definitely sounds like you're not alone with this issue, seems to be a thing with other GM-based EVs too. The good news? Some drivers fixed it just by double-checking the plug fit and cleaning the port. Maybe try a different charger to see if it’s station-specific?

I have a very similar problem where the consol panel turns red telling me of a charging issue and try a different charger with the same warning. The car still charges with a green light on top of dash.

I wanted to ask what does the red light mean and the green light on top of the dash? I just got the zdx yesterday.
