Wait a sec.... a 2015 ZDX? 
The ZDX was discontinued after 2013. so if he has a "2015" model i'm guessing it might be a late 2013 model that was sold in 2014. You should check again. Either way Acura’s official website is the best place to look for the manual or he can try sites like Owner’s Manual PDFs or even eBay for a physical copy. Might be worth double-checking the VIN just in case.

Call the Acura customer service. Maybe they can help him with a PDF version.
I second checking Acura's website or calling customer service. They might have some extra info about those rare 2015 units. Also, if he’s after a physical manual, places like eBay or even local dealerships might still have some in stock.
