ZDX Type S App Issues – telematics troubles

Since my wife got her Type S ZDX a few months ago, we have been dealing with a number of app features not functioning. We reported it as a telemetry issue in our assistance ticket. Has anyone else have issues with the EV app that are comparable to these? I would be grateful for any suggestions or insight. Many thanks!
 
Mine works okay, but the app is a real pain. It's incredibly slow and the remote control is super unreliable. I often have to try multiple times to get it to respond. What kind of problems are you experiencing?
 
Same as mine, it's slow to load, the location services aren't working, and I can't save my phone number. The key card isn't working either. Acura messed up the software when they built this.

We're seeing delayed or missing charging updates, pre-conditioning not starting, and occasional login errors. The app often freezes or crashes. It’s frustrating, especially with a new car.

The slow load times and problems with location services are definitely frustrating. I’m also having trouble with the key card not working reliably.

I just signed my lease the day before Thanksgiving. With assistance from my dealer, I just got the app to start working Saturday. I’ve already seen many instances where the app errors out when attempting to connect. If I try again, sometimes it works. Yeah. You’re not the only one. What a shame for a company with Acura’s reputation, on a car as nice as this, to have such a frustrating problem. Meanwhile, my friends with Kia and Subaru apps are working solid. 😑

I agree, it’s disappointing considering the quality of the car. I just hope they’ll address these problems soon so we can enjoy all the features.
