Seeking Coilover Options for Acura ZDX

I'm exploring coilover options for my Acura ZDX. I'm considering the reported short lifespan and high replacement costs of the IDS struts in the Advance Package. Given the niche market, and scarce specific aftermarket parts. I've heard that components designed for the MDX might be, like close, compatible with the ZDX, but I haven't found definitive information.

Does anyone have experience regarding coilovers for the ZDX? Are there specific MDX parts that fit both the front and rear, or should I look for ZDX-specific solutions?

Some ZDX owners have replaced the OEM IDS with aftermarket coilovers, but it is a tradeoff. The ride might get rougher, and you could see system error warnings on the dash. MDX components may fit the front but require modifications (especially for the rear).
