Roof rattles

My ZDX's roof is making a noise. It's coming from the sunroof area. I'm taking it to the dealer next week. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't had it! I hope I won't because I hate dealership visits... Do you know what is the cause for the sound?

Oh man, I’m dealing with the same thing! At first, I thought it was the rear seat latches acting up, but now I’m thinking it’s gotta be the sunroof. I'll definitely check that area next.

Mine was that. I found that the headliner along the back edge could be pulled down some, but was rock solid around the other three edges. Dealer found that as the source of my interior rattle. That section is held up by 3 pieces of velcro. Dealer literally pushed up at those three spots are hard as he could. Noise has been gone ever since. Hope your fix is that simple.

Thanks! The noise has stopped since my dealer visit. I'm not sure exactly what they did, as I didn't take it in myself. My nephew hasn't noticed any noise either. I'll ask the dealer for more details when I take the car back in.
