Hi,
New to this forum. New to Acura. I just started a 3 year lease on an Acura ZDX Type-S. Prior to this car, I owned a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD. I'm very into EV's in general. But this is my first forray into stepping outside the Tesla ecosystem. I look forward to learning a lot, and contributing a lot.

Welcome, sir! What made you quit Tesla and go into Acura ZDX?

It was a confluence of events all at once. We had been thinking of getting a larger family vehicle. I had about $4k of repairs and tires coming up on the Tesla. The tax credit is highly likely to go away. (Loss of $7500 towards a purchase.) The Model Y would have been a contender. But it was slightly smaller than we wanted. Plus, wife and I decided we didn't want to go with Tesla for the next car. One of our local dealers was getting very aggressive on pricing the ZDX. And it kind of came closest to checking all our boxes. The Kia EV9 was the other final contender.
