Google Maps Sidebar Bug on Acura ZDX

Has anyone else noticed a bug with Google Maps on the Acura ZDX? Since the latest update (version 24.08), I’m seeing a white sidebar appear where the quick access buttons (Home, Dashboard, etc.) are. It wasn’t there in version 24.01, where everything worked fine, so it seems like something went wrong with the August update.

I’ve been able to “uninstall” the update through the Google Play Store, which brings it back to the previous version. Has anyone else run into this, or found a better workaround? Curious if this is a common issue or just a one-off glitch!

I have never heard of this before. I don't know what to say more than good that you turned it out. My takeaway is that if I get into this, the solution is to uninstall it from the Play Store.
