Cheap editing softwares

I use a Mac and am looking for some inexpensive video and photo editing software other than Photoshop and Filmora. I only edit stuff occasionally, so nothing fancy is required. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Lightroom is my go-to for photo editing while iMovie is my preferred app for creating short video clips. Keeps it simple and gets the job done.
