I’ve heard of others replacing motor mounts more often with aggressive driving. It could be worth checking if there's an underlying issue with alignment or mount quality.
Is this something you can do yourself? How much did it cost you? I wouldn’t call myself a gentle driver, but I haven’t had to replace a motor mount yet.
