Acura ZDX oil consumption

I haven’t noticed oil consumption on mine, but it seems to pop up on forums occasionally. It might be worth tracking how much you’re adding between changes and seeing if it’s within Acura’s acceptable range. Sometimes just switching to a different brand of oil helps. are you using the one Acura recommends?

I haven’t noticed excessive oil consumption yet. How many miles have you put on yours? Maybe check with the dealer if it's unusual.
Yep, I’m sticking with the recommended oil for now, but I’m thinking about switching up the brand next time just to see if it helps. Its kind of a pain having to top it up all the time, especially since this isn’t something I’ve dealt with in other cars..
I’m sitting at about 75k miles, and it feels like I’m topping it off more than I should. It’s not like it’s guzzling oil, but I’ve had to throw some in between changes, which just doesn’t sit right.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I’m almost certain you’re beginning to experience the dreaded oil consumption issue that’s well documented for these J37s Short version is that this is a design defect that you can either get used to by constantly adding oil (like you do gas) or consider selling. The cost of repair is probably not worth it for most.
