Does the Compustar CS7900-AS retain touch unlock on the Acura ZDX?

I’m considering installing a Compustar CS7900-AS system on my Acura ZDX EV, but I’m wondering how it interacts with the factory door locks.

Specifically, if I install it, will I still be able to unlock the car by touching the handle, or does that feature only work with the OEM key fob?

Would love to hear from anyone who has installed a Compustar system on their ZDX or any Acura EV!

Most aftermarket alarms don’t fully preserve factory proximity unlock unless they’re specifically designed to integrate with the OEM system. If the Compustar requires using its remote for unlocking, then touch unlock might not work unless you also have the factory key fob nearby. I’d check with Compustar support before committing and buying.
