Is it possible to reprogram an old key fob? Acura ZDX 2011

Hi! Is it possible to reprogram an old key fob? I can't find to buy another one because the local hardware store and the nearest dealer don't have in the stock the specific key fob I want. In this case, I am looking to buy an old one and reprogram it. What do you think? The car is from 2011.

@AcurazDriveR24 There's a lot of Fobs you can buy on eBay and Amazon. Go check it out.

That's pretty gambling. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

I had my key programmed by Mr. Speedy Locksmith for $85 plus tax. I found him on Google and he used a generic programmer available on Amazon.

My wife has the same year MDx hybrid that I have and her key cannot be programed for my car, dealer said this, please explain Mr Speedy magic
